Send in for a VRV Rebuild
If you want to save some money, depending on the condition of the VRV, you can send in your vacuum regulator valve in for a rebuild. We conduct a free inspection and provide a report of the condition of the valve. Also, we provide an estimate on how much it would cost to rebuilt it back to Ford vacuum spec. Contact Us to set up the rebuild.

New IDI-Online C6 Vacuum Regulator Valve (VRV)
NOTICE: I’m not selling any new VRV’s right now. I can probably rebuild your current VRV for less than buying new. Please Contact Us right away if you want to get your VRV rebuilt.
This new VRV controls the vacuum pressure to the transmission modulator based on injector pump throttle rotation. If your IDI C6 transmission does not shift, it might be a broken VRV.

Notice: Until I get more cores, I don’t have any already-rebuilt VRV’s in stock. Instead, please send in your old VRV for a full rebuild by Contacting Us.
For IDI purists, we sell rebuilt VRV’s that use as much of the original Ford parts as possible. All parts are fully-disassembled, cleaned, old parts replaced, regreased, reassembled, calibrated, and tested twice to ensure it performs to Ford vacuum spec.

The underside of the VW trunk has a molded carpet protecting the tail light assembly. It’s held in with brittle plastic snaps that often break with the slightest manipulation. IDI Online makes a package of new snaps that keep that carpet in place. It also replaces the same snaps that retain the insulation on the underside of the hood. Unlike cheap Chinese aftermarket clips, our plastics are heavy duty and resist temperatures up to 400 degrees F. Product waiver
