IDI Online Waiver of Product Liability
This agreement releases IDI Online, Nick Pisca, and 0001D LLC from all liability relating to injuries and/or damage that may occur from products and/or services.. In this agreement, I (the purchaser, owner, and/or installer) agree to hold IDI Online, Nick Pisca, and 0001D LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries and damages incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
I also acknowledge the risks involved in using these parts and services. These include but are not limited to the part breaking or malfunctioning. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will impair my ability to adhere to this agreement. When installing the replacement part, I will hire a professional mechanic, and/or I promise to completely follow the official vehicle Service Manual. Any deviation from the professional installation method can result in damage to the engine, injector pump, transmission, and vehicle, as well as indirect damage and injury to occupants and bystanders as a result of a malfunctioning vehicle. I assume all responsibility for any damage and injury as a result of owning, driving, repairing, and/or maintaining this vehicle. I understand that in some cases, repairs or inspections may irreparably damage the original part.
A reproduction, like but not limited to a photocopy, digital scan, and/or photograph, of this waiver is just as valid as the original.
By purchasing/using these parts and/or services, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against IDI Online, Nick Pisca, and/or 0001D LLC for any reason. In return, I will receive one or more custom VRV parts or services. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally and/or via electronic communication. I will ask for clarification when needed.
I fully understand and agree to the above terms. If you disagree with these terms, do not purchase these parts or services.
