Calling everyone on the western hemisphere!  Head to Detroit’s 555 Gallery on 5716 Michigan Avenue and check out the Rouse D exhibit.  It’s a great line-up, not to mention Kieran and I have a project exhibited.  I don’t want to give too much away yet, until the exhibit is over and Matt and Amy get all the exposure they can out of the work.  In the meantime, I’ll post a few pieces of the code and imagery.

The project Kieran and I developed was called Lake Effects, and it’s a 50-year plan to revitalize the Detroit (and Michigan) area.  There were several codes authored for different automation systems, involving distributions systems, cellular aggregation, and automated structural/platform construction.   We used Maya MEL as the language for these programs, and also rendered it out there as well.
